BANK REO and Sellers Assistance ( fund) - Mortgages - City-Data Forum

Do banks ever do Sellers Assitance on REO's? Is this even worth putting in a contract? I know they almost exclusively will fund repairs found from the www.bankreopropertydels.com/member-resources/
